This week I am going to show you the things I am doing to generate traffic to the websites and to let you know where I am with the project.

The biggest concern I have right now is that the 3 ebook businesses I bought from Neil Asher in his “Give up you day job” package have so far not sold any at all. This is a big concern to me as the package cost a lot of money and his website claimed that I would earn $10,000 a year from each ebook. So far I am having a great deal of difficulty finding any evidence that these “niches” have any traffic at all. However, Neil did say that it can take from 3 to 6 months for the traffic to start appearing, so in the mean time I am working on Google Adwords to see what I can generate in sales.

The one MSI that is generating income at the moment is the book publishing, though it is going to take a long time to grow to the point where it is making profits. However $131 profit this month does cover the cost of creating 2 book, so we shall see how this develops once the traffic generation has kicked in.

Today I introduce a new MSI based at http://HotInfoBase.com and give you an update on two other MSI I have been working on.

http://HotInfoBase.com is a website with over 1000 pages all with Adsense on them. Next I need to work on traffic generation.

http://MyHomeBasedRiches.com the subscription based training program is up and running and the guy I have selected in Pakistan is generating inbound links for me.

http://BeautifulJewelsOfWisdom.com is a site dedicated to providing wonderful books. Currently I have listed a number of books and am working on publishing the complete works of James Allen, one of my all time favourite authors.

Book Publishing

Publishing books has long been a form of passive income, you write it once and then it sells for decades – or at least that is the principle. The only issue is that it is sooooo easy to do these days that too many people are doing it.

There are 3 ways to get books to publish and I am going to use all three.

• Write it
• Get a ghost writer to write it
• Publish books out of copyright

I have already set up the system and will keep you informed.

So I am adding a one-off investment to my list of income generators.

This is not strictly an income stream as a one off method of growing my investment pot.

Here is the email I recently received from a lawyer friend of mine who specialised in PPI (Payment Protection Insurance misselling) claims.

As you know it is estimated that there are millions of potential PPI cases in the UK that could be claimed. I myself recently won a case which has given me the money to invest in this opportunity and to pay to outsource the things I am doing.

“Hi

I wanted to get in touch with you as you will no doubt be aware that the industry that I am in at the moment is pretty tough at the moment and this has caused a growing number of issues for us all and caused the need for a complete restructuring of the company. Happily that is now complete and we can now look forward to moving ahead in 2010.

As part of our new strategy, we have formed a relationship with a large lead generation company who supply over 100 law firms in the UK with pre qualified leads in the Personal Injury sector. They have moved over the last 3 months into the Payment Protection Insurance market and have generated pre-qualified client records in excess of 1,000,000 with Payment Protection policies that they wish to reclaim. We now have an exclusive relationship with this provider and will be processing the leads that they have. This process commenced on Monday. We have to date processed 200 leads and have achieved a 61% conversion rate. Due to the quality of the leads and the fact that they all have details of multiple credit lines for clients, this is approximately 20% higher than many other lead generation companies have achieved historically. Many companies recycle leads such as this data and re-sell the same whereby causing the data to be worthless. The data that we have acquired is excellent quality and re-sale is prohibited on the basis of a single sale only.

We have purchased the first tranche and are now looking to purchase the 2nd £30,000 tranche for conversion over the Christmas and New Year period. We have a call centre already commissioned and they have a dedicated team to service this product.

The luxury of this product is that we are able to convert the sale and then sell on the claim for litigation for a further fee. This has enabled us to put together an investment deal for any interested parties which provides a 50% return on any investment made after 10 weeks. For any case that we place for litigation, there will be an additional £10.00 payment made upon placement with the proposed placements running at approximately 80%.

We are offering investment portals of £2,000 – £15,000 depending entirely on your own preferences and investment potential. On the basis of the figures outlined above, the investment return will be between £6,000 and £10,000 for each £1,000 invested.

I am sure that you will agree that this is a fantastic return on any investment and with a 10 week turnaround on the investment will produce returns by March 2010. All investments will be subject to legal agreements.

So this is day 10 of the 90 day challenge and today I am going to continue with the system based around the idea of “Computers working for money”

In the last video I showed you that you do not need to be the expert to create a training programme, you just need to know someone that is an expert who can create the programme for you.

Now that the programme is up and available it is important to start generating traffic to the site – for this I am going to create 900 inbound links. However, as my time is at a premium and the entire project is designed to free up my time, I am going to outsource the process via Elance.com.

I have listed the project on Elance as a featured listing ($15 extra) so that I get the maximum number of responses and I will review the listing after 7 days.

The ultimate aim is to generate traffic to http://myhomebasedriches.com/ and to get subscribers to the training programme.

There is little more that I can do with this programme until I have some responses to the project ad, so I will now focus on one of the other Streams of Income.

It is a well known fact that if you want people to trust that what you are selling is of great value then it is a good idea to let them test-drive it first. This can be a challenge with an information product, but when you are providing a training course, it is easy simply to provide the first part for free and then charge only when people decide that it is right for them. So that is the model I have chosen for this stream of income.

The choice of online marketing was also simple, it was what I wanted to learn and I was able to get the course put together by one of the UK’s top experts on the subject.

Today we start the first of the 6 streams of income. My choice for money working for money is online Forex trading. However, I wanted to choose an income stream that would require the lowest amount of my time, and one that would utilise the marvel of compound interest. As I dislike studying charts and spreadsheets, I decided to utilise an automated managed Forex system, that way I can reap the benefits of the high returns of Forex trading without the daily time-consuming and (for me) unpleasant studying.

The method I have chosen is Forex Macro ( http://forexmacro.com/?chrisball ). I looked at Ivybot, (Forex trading software often referred to as a Forex robot) which I will implement in the future, but for now I have chosen ForexMacro because it offers 21% return on investment – per month, which is massively higher than traditional deposit based investment, and it is completely hands off. In fact I only need to check the returns and manage the account once per month for about 30 minutes.

With this system I don’t need to go in a Forex course to learn about the market and how it works or worry about the spread betting. I can do global Forex trading without any knowledge of my own.

OK, if I were to learn how to do trading for myself and manage it all myself then the potential returns are even greater, I know someone that can double his money in less than 2 weeks, but the risks are also much higher. Also or me this would be more complex, stressful and time consuming, which is not an option for me if I am to keep to my aim of passive income.
